We are Renting Cottages from May 1st – 31st and August 16th – October 12th, 2026 as a Minimum Three *** Night Rental until March 1st, 2026 when we begin Reserving for a Minimum Two ** Night Rental,. No One Nighters ever.

RESERVATION AND GUEST POLICIES

2026 RESERVATION POLICY: ½ down payment as a deposit to confirm reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to check in on all summertime reservations (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Balance due at check in for all Spring and Fall reservations.

2026 CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit returned after unit has been re-rented for the same dates and rates, less (-) $200 cancellation fee per cottage, per week or less, except $ 500 cancellation fee for cottage’s C3 & C4. Otherwise, deposits/payment in full forfeited if cottage is not re-rented for the same dates and rental rate.

Vessel Policy: Boats up to 21 foot: $20 per boat and trailer per day or $45 per boat and trailer per weekend or $ 100.00 per Boat and Trailer per week.
Boats 22 ft. – 26 ft. max are $40 per boat and trailer per day or $90 per boat and trailer per weekend or $200 per boat and trailer per week.
Kayak, Canoe, SUP & Windsurfing Board: $ 10 per Day, $ 15 per weekend or $ 20 per Week. Fee is applicable if Vessel is onsite.

DAYTIME GUEST POLICY: Any guest to your cottage, above and beyond the cottage’s capacity or reservation agreement, will be charged to your account at the Rate of $10 plus tax per person per day. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests.

OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY: Any guest to your cottage, above and beyond the cottage’s capacity or reservation agreement, past 9 PM for the night, will be charged to your account, at the rate of $75 plus tax per person per night. These guest policies are necessary so as not to over crowd our cottages or property. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests.

DRIVEWAY GATE POLICY: Here at We Wan Chu Cottages we have automatic driveway gates. At check in, will issue you the key pad code as well as vehicle tags for your reservation’s vehicles. All visitors cars will be charged $5 plus tax per car per
day for parking (during office hours) as well as any guest fees above and beyond your cottage’s capacity or reservation agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Required on all Weekly and Weekend rentals as well as any rental of cottages C3 & C4. $200 Per cottage, $ 500 for Cottages C3 & C4.

We reserve the right to change rates without notice as well as pass on any new tax imposed on cottage rentals by the County, State or Federal Governments…
